Jose Tavarez is the President/CEO of Total Sports Group (TSG).
Mr. Tavarez is responsible for the success of TSG agents in professional sports negotiations and endorsements contracts.
In 2000, Jose joined the Tampa Bay Rays MLB team, where he became the first Dominican-American Vice President of a MLB team. As Vice President he promoted the outreach and participation of the Rays in Hispanic and Military affairs.
Jose served 27 years in the United States Air Force, reaching the rank of Command Chief and Senior Adviser at McGuire Air Force Base, where he advised on issues involving 120,000 service members deployed in 15 countries in 3 continents. Jose has over 26 years of executive management experience in negotiations of complex contracts involving public relations, human resources, finances and logistics in the private and public sector.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics, graduated first in his Non Commission Officer Leadership School class, and won the prestigious Tactical Air Command Aircrew of Distinction.
Jose was born in Santiago, Dominican Republic, raised in New York City and he is a devoted sports supporter.

Juan Manuel Suero is the General Counsel for TSG.
He counsels MLB players, Sports lawyers and MLB teams on issues related to agency, asset protection, MLB contract negotiations, child custody and support, divorce, family dispute resolution, catastrophic accidents, corporate business and real estate transactions, franchising, immigration, wealth management, non-lucrative organiztions, wills trust and estate, and compliance of government regulations in the United States and the Dominican Republic.
Juan Manuel has been recognized by Dominican and Venezuelan MLB players, celebrity divorce attorneys, Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America, fellow members of the AAML and IAML for his performance involving MLB Dominican players and Dominican Republic laws.
In 2001, the Committee on Foreign Relations recognized Juan Manuel with the Mark Orr Foreign Affairs Award.
Juan Manuel has over 15 years of experience in negotiations and litigation, and is a member of the International Law and Sports Law Sections of the American Bar Association (ABA) and the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA).
Juan Manuel earned a Master degree in International Business and Law. He also holds a Juris Doctor degree in the United States and in the Dominican Republic.
Juan Manuel was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, raised in Coral Gables, Florida and he is a devoted baseball fan.
